Delivery of goods for the FC Boats Limited Online Apparel Merchant Store will proceed once your payment is confirmed and paid for. Your product will be shipped by courier or Freight Company depending on your selection of goods.

Portable Motors will be shipped once payment is confirmed, maintenance video is watched and form/waiver has been completed and sent back to us.

Delivery is normally processed within 24 – 48 hours, if this is the case FC Boats Limited will contact you regarding a delivery date.

No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery.
